Born in New York City on March 13, 1864, Walter Walker had a long history in theater before he transitioned to film in 1917. In Seattle, he appeared twice: in 1900 in the production of "The Nominee" (which opened in March 1 at the Seattle Theatre) and in 1906 for "The College Widow" (which ran Jan 14 to Jan 17). From 1917 on he appeared in film, and successfully transitioned to sound. In talkies, he was usually cast in "old timer" roles. Walker died on Dec 4, 1947.
